Huitante-Cinq is a Brazilian e-commerce company, with logistics and inventory located in the city of São Paulo, that sells accessories made with the authentic Brazilian leather, sold exclusively in our shop. HOW TO SHOP 

 

When you find a product you wish to purchase, enter the quantity and then click 'ADD TO CART'. You will be directed to your 'SHOPPING BAG' and you can continue shopping by adding more items into your cart, or also you may proceed to the 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT'.

 

The checkout process is fast and simple. We deliver worldwide via our logistics partner UPS. To proceed to the payment, please select the method you prefer. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal.

 

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email an order confirmation email. However, this does not mean that your order was accepted. The confirmation of your order will take place only after the payment’s approval. Once the payment has been approved, you will receive another email with detailed information of your order. It is from this payment approval message that the estimated delivery time starts counting from. If you want to follow the process of your delivery, please  visit UPS website  and insert the tracking number provided by us.

RETURN POLICY

 

Huitante-Cinq mission is to guarantee our customers satisfaction. Therefore, we have created the following Return Policy to assist you in the event you might need to use it. Returns will be accepted only after you have contacted and received the respective communication authorization from our Customer Care Center with the instructions for returns. Products returned without this authorization does not allow Huitante-Cinq the possibility of accepting them.

 

Huitante-Cinq will accept returns of products with defects. Returns will not be accepted for products which have been used or are not in its original state, labeled is violated, promotional products, or discounted items. Bags and accessories shall not show any deformation or marks on the material.

 

If at the time of receiving your product, you realize any indication of a violation of the package, do not receive it and return it immediately to UPS and contact our Customer Care Center by email: customercare@huitantecinq.com.
